Terms of Service - Shopify POD Profit Planner

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Shopify POD Profit Planner ("the Product") provided by DF Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing and downloading the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product to third parties.

3. Nature of the Product

The Product is a digital spreadsheet tool designed to help Shopify sellers estimate pricing, margins, and break-even ROAS. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice. All calculations are estimates based on the inputs you provide.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees about business outcomes, profitability, or sales performance from using the Product. Your results depend on your product, pricing, costs, and market conditions.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Product, you may request a full refund within 30 days. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, formulas, and structure of the Product remain the intellectual property of the seller. Purchase grants a usage license, not ownership.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where DF Digital operates.
