30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • You must provide your order reference or transaction ID
  • You must provide a reason for the refund request

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing or using the Product after purchase, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. If the file is corrupted or defective, we will provide a replacement at no charge.

For delivery issues or technical problems, email fancydirty@gmail.com. Include your order reference and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks for digital products that were successfully delivered. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we will work to resolve any issues.
